The service subscriptions are provided in unified modality to a “Portal Organization” which may be a legal entity of just a group of collaborators. After making subscriptions you may need relevant documents regarding your orders, payment transactions and subscriptions. The portal provider needs it for tax reporting as well. All these mean that organizational details in such documents shall correspond to legal requirements regarding business transaction reporting including legal status or buyer, its residence and VAT number which are important for organizations in European Union.
PharosN portal does not have public directory of its members and keeps confidentiality of memberships and organizations you create and supervise as well as your service subscriptions. Your personal Member area is protected from search engines and public access. The details of events which take place as result of your activities in Member area are described in the messages which you receive to your Portal Member Inbox only. The notifications which you receive to your email and SMS contacts invite to visit your Member area and review details of events there.
Yes if the senders are the members in portal organizations where you are the member as well as your name and email and SMS contacts are known in these organizations.
The others Members generally do not know each other as there is no public directory of Portal Members and cannot send messages to your Member Inbox.
Members of PharosN portal (and you as well) are not provided with opportunity to send messages from their Member Inbox to any external mailbox contact except only one case: When inviting someone to join your organization which is the special system message.
The services are provided only to the “Virtual Organizations” or VOrgs, registered by Members. It is unified method for service providing implemented at PharosN portal. Your VOrg can consist only of one person, i.e. you. It is OK. Look into Terms of Services for the details.
Your Virtual Organization or VOrg at PharosN portal is a group of people, e.g. colleagues, partners, friends collaborating in some business or research activity and brought together under the same name. It can be a legal entity i.e. company, institution, agency, university, school, sport club, etc. or, alternatively, association or informal group of individuals and as such receives official documents regarding the subscriptions and payments made. As Member you have your first VOrg defined under your name by default. In case you need another name of organization for making the subscriptions you can add it at any time.
The services are available to registered users in self managed mode. The personal data and information content related to user registrations, subscriptions to services and its management, back up of own servers and their cyber-physical models, etc are managed by the Members themselves. It requires special measures enabling protection of privacy, confidentiality and copyrights for organizational data. The implementation of these measures is possible only by registration of the membership and its relation to particular portal organizations which are set by each Member.

There is no public directory of Portal members. The technical support may access some of your data to ensure quality of services and compliance to TOS and only in cases when it is necessary.
Any new Member of some Portal Organization can join it only if invited by its existing Members. The user can subscribe to services, pay for them, access training and other information services. However the portal member can become the Administrator of particular server only if only he/she ordered new server or is added to administrator group or particular server.
Users of specific servers are added and authorized by the Administrators of Business Applications (ABA) on each particular server after its installation. The user automatically becomes a Member of the relevant Portal Organization which has this service subscription after accessing PharosN portal from own client (the server always had been already registered as subscription for service).
Our company as service provider offers the services under “Terms of Services” and does its best to secure the interests of customers as well as comply with the relevant legislation in Austria and European Union. The non-compliance to these Terms of Services is checked and, if identified, the services can be seized at any time.
Yes, however if you as Member have the role “Subscriber” then it is implemented only after approval of the Supervisor of this organization.
Bonuses are assigned relation to each service in percentage of fee amount you pay for your customer. The procedure is as follows:
You make agreement with your customer regarding implementation of your package of consulting, advisory, support and development services.
You assist in implementation of the services related to the Partnership e.g. by helping your customer to set his organization, subscribe for services, install it, learn how to use it and implement local applications.
You pay for your customer subscriptions of your customer from your own deposit account.
Your customer covers all your services as the package directly to you.
The bonuses are assigned to you by еру PharosN portal automatically in proportion to service fee you paid for your customer subscriptions. You can monitor process in your partner area.
You receive payments directly from your customers by signing and implementing your Services Agreements with your customers. There are no direct payments to you by us.

There is no need to refer to specific service fee you paid for your customer at portal when you made subscription. You are free to charge customer for the whole package of advisory, consulting, training, support and development services you provided by yourself.
In case you register new Portal Organization for your Customer and become its Member then this Customer is added to your list of Active Customers and considered as yours. Your Customers is in this list until you are Member of his Portal Organization (meaning that you are supporting the Customer by providing your services). As result the Portal always knows how to calculate your bonuses and accumulate it for you as your payment is assigned to some organization in which you act as our Partner.
In case you pay for service subscriptions for such Customer in the List of your Customers from your personal account you receive bonus points in proportion to the fee you paid. You monitor the list of your active Customers and manage your relations with them by yourself
In case your Customer removes you from his Portal Organization then you lose relation to this Customer as we cannot trace these relations anymore for the future subscriptions.
Technically there are two ways to associate you to particular customer automatically:
1. You pay for your customer subscriptions from your personal deposit account or by your payment certificates accumulating the bonuses.
2. You need to be a member of Portal Organization registered to your customer for making such payment
As long as you keep your working relations with your customer and satisfy these conditions then the customer is always considered as yours. You however shall regulate agreements and financial relations with your customers by yourself. We would always welcome your stable business relations with your customers accordingly to the aims of the Partnership (see relevant section).
You decide regarding your services for your customers by your own. It may include awareness meetings and workshops, introduction to new technology and its applications, training of customer employees, implementation support, and application development and consulting. As each organization is unique and its employees are occupied with ongoing tasks, there is always opportunity for external consultants to bring in their knowledge and skills for implementation of the highly customized and localized solutions to ensure its maximum efficiency and ROI.

Yes. After you registered for the first time and became new Member of Portal and made your first organization you may subscribe for services for trying it under symbolic fee of 1 Euro. This is called introductory trial period. During this period your actual subscription fees are covered by special Provider payment certificates which allow your subscription for the full package of typical services for your organization. After the end of the trial subscription you may decide regarding the continuation of service subscription accordingly to the existing fees.
Yes, you can make payment certificate covering subscription fees for various services by purchasing relevant subscription in menu item My Subscriptions/Add New Service of your personal member area.
While doing so you may restrict its use to particular organization, its member and service. For example you may issue payment certificate for <Server Name> and it will be used automatically to extend its subscription period when it ends. Alternatively you payment certificate can be for any subscription in this particular organization only for on-line training courses.
Such payment certificate can be used then only in accordance to you restrictions. If not used within maximum validity time you assign yourself the amount is booked back to your personal deposit.

The Supervisor of an Organization is the first person receiving administrative login as Administrator of Business Applications (ABA) to his Member Inbox and becomes its first member of ABA Group after login into the installed server. Being a member of ABA Group allows access to PharosN engine administration privileges including control over user access to server, their rights for access data, roles, server settings, including backup, etc.
Having such control could be important for uninterruptable services, protection of organizational data and its copyrights.

Installing and reinstalling server in your organization e.g. after its hardware problem or upgrade
Restoring database from backup on particular server
Inviting some Administrator of Business Applications at some server to become additional Supervisor in your organization
Cancelling or not extending the subscription for the server.
All server management including adding and deleting of its users, defining their rights and roles for access to server applications and information is the responsibility of the local Administrators of Business Applications. You may be a Member of this Administrators group as well.
The system model and its database are run on the server and may accumulate important organizational or application data over time. These are the property of particular Organization which subscribed for the service, As such it is protected by various sophisticated technical means as well as legally. Technically its periodic backups (daily by default) are implemented by the server as encrypted file which can be saved anywhere accordingly to local ABA settings e.g. on local disk, network device, cloud storage, etc. The content encryption method AES 256 is among strongest available at the moment and is theoretically almost impossible to break. The password is created automatically corresponding to organization which has the subscription for this particular server. The restoring of the backup is possible only after the Master/Supervisor authorization at his Member area at PharosN portal and only on the server registered in this particular organization.
We as providers do not have all these components in one place, do not know the password, do not have the backup file, etc making it technically impossible to help restoring the application. Legally accordingly to TOS we as provider of the services do not have the right to access the organizational data as well.
All these are important reasons for Masters/Supervisors to manage their Organizational subscriptions and server backups in strict accordance to Terms of Services and respond to notifications by PharosN portal.

Normally you need to add sufficient amount to your personal account deposit and then use it for payment of subscription fees. The procedure can be implemented using menu item
Member Area/Profile/Balance status
You can find command “Adding amount to your account deposit” after selecting your payment provider which starts the procedure of adding necessary amount to your deposit.
Transfer of minimum amount is recommended covering only already planned subscription fees.
You may consider “Auto Extension” option for the services which you consider necessary. It extends subscription at the moment of its ending by deducting fee amount from your deposit automatically without need to do it manually again. The option helps having uninterruptable access to services.
If you found the services useful you can easily extend the subscription and continue it using without interruption. Payment of subscription fees can be made from your personal account deposit or by using payment certificates issued by some other members of Portal. Alternatively you may ask someone having an account in payment providers to transfer necessary amount to your personal deposit to cover subscription fees. In specific cases we may provide addition trial extension upon the request.

The software, including server, clients, all its optional components, other related information and activities such as training, advertisement, partnership, etc are offered and implemented as digital information services by us as its provider and made available for all Internet users under the “Terms of Services”.

The main differences between purchasing and subscription for services are as follows:
There is no high price which is common for the products of this type. Instead there is minimized subscription fee per each service.
The ownership for the software is kept by Provider and you lease this service for the time you pay subscription fees (Software as the Service-SaaS model).
After your subscription the software is updated and upgraded automatically so you always have the latest and most secure version of information service. There is no need investing into new product again for replacement of previous versions.

Supervisors manage subscriptions for services for Portal Organization on behalf of real life Organization. Supervisor has appropriate rights to invite and cancel membership in organizations and its subscriptions. In addition Supervisor has instruments for controlling copyrights and use of application data of the Organization by giving permissions to restore its databases from backups on particular servers in the Organization. For example if server stops by any reason including cancellation of its service or hardware failure, occasional power interrupt, moving to new office, etc. its restart and running requires authorization for restoring its database from its previous backup. Without such authorization local server administration cannot restore the backups leading to service interrupts and possible loss of the system model, data and applications running on the server.
In case owners and management are not present in the Group of Supervisors in their Portal Organization they may not be able to keep control over their application data in the long run. It is highly recommended to be present or have trusty representative in the group of Supervisors of your Organization in case you are owner or manager of your organization.

You can invite someone to join your Organization if you know the email. As there is no public directory of Portal Members you need to know a person whom you invite.

The local Administrators of Business Applications (ABA) are responsible for the concrete server management including adding and deleting of its users, defining their rights and roles for access to server applications and information. Your Portal Organization is any group of people, e.g. colleagues, partners, friends collaborating in some business or research activity brought together under same name. It can be a legal entity i.e. company, institution, agency, university, school, sport club, etc. or association or informal group of individuals. As Member you have your first organization under your name by default which you may or may not use accordingly to your decision.
Yes, currently number of invitees is limited to 10 persons per day. There are limits for total number of invitees in one Portal Organization which can be Members.
Yes, you may delete your Organization as Master under the following rules:
- If there are other Masters in your Organization they shall approve your action. If you are the only Master then your personal decision is sufficient for such closure
- If there are other Members in your organization you first need to remove them all
As result of such action, all subscriptions for the Portal Organization such as servers, clients, objects and others are cancelled. The organizational data and applications which could exist on such servers are lost (as it cannot be restored in the other organizations by security reasons unless organizations are merged). The organizational data including subscription history and membership history in respect of your Organization will no longer be accessible to you, and cannot be restored.
The main assets of your Portal Organization are its Members, Subscriptions and the models of your systems having relevant application databases. In addition the any such organization has the history of its activities, subscriptions, orders and transactions presented in log files and documents such as invoices and service agreements.
If you are the manager in some public or private organization and your corresponding Portal Organizations have several servers in each department and many Members in each (e.g. administrators of servers and consultants) then your payments for service subscriptions and invoices documents need to be presented in bookkeeping. As Master or Supervisor of such organization you shall implement control over increasingly important system model and its application data at each of your servers, and keep it secure and safe.
All these are in your Master and/or Supervisor functions i.e. managing your subscriptions, members, authorizing server hardware upgrades or temporary stopping of servers, e.g. if replaced or upgraded or move to new locations, etc.
There are the following Member roles in an Organization:
Subscriber can subscribe to and use services available in the Portal Organization by paying from own deposit or using available payment certificates as well as invite other members to the organization. The subscription and invitation shall be approved by the Master or Supervisor before activated.
Contributor has the same role as Subscriber but differs with right to invite other members as Subscriber without approval of Supervisor. Contributor cannot remove another member from the Organization.
Supervisor manages all subscriptions for the Portal Organization and permits or refuses subscriptions or invitations made by the Subscribers or Contributors. Supervisor can invite other Supervisors but cannot remove them. Supervisor can denote his role to Contributor or Subscriber or exit Membership in the organization.
Master has the same rights as Supervisor but can remove any other Supervisor or other Masters. The Master cannot denote own role unless there is another Master in the organization. The organization shall have at least one Master. If Master disappears i.e. is not active or does not respond to PharosN portal notifications for long time while there are Supervisor and other Members and subscriptions, this role is automatically offered to most active Supervisor. Master can leave organization only if invites another Master and the invitation is accepted. If no there is no active Master (i.e. no one manage organization) and no members the organization may be ceased automatically.
The roles definitions are made to ensure the owner rights and capacities for managing own operational teams, subscriptions, members, application models and its backups, server upgrading and relevant activities.
The Master of an Organization is the first person who receives administrative login as Administrator of Business Applications (ABA) for any newly subscribed and installed server. The login information
is sent to his/her Member Inbox. Becoming the first member of ABA Group at the server provided various administration privileges including user authorization and data access rights for the applications, control over user access to the server, its settings, implementing backup, etc.
Having these controls could be important for uninterruptable services, protection of organizational data and securing the copyrights.
A Member of Portal Organization can subscribe and access relevant information about subscriptions and events as well as invite by some other Member to this organization. Members access their member area and portal organizations.
However they are not users at particular server unless authorized by the Administrators of Business Applications (ABA) of such server running in the organization. Thus being the Portal Member does not mean belonging to any users of the servers which may exist in the organization.
The symbol means that there is no sufficient data available to calculate the status of some object at specific moment of time. In case such question marks are noticed, the ABA or user with the rights to access the relevant data sources shall check the causes of the missing data.
Click on the button Re-calc in the admin panel menu item “Recalculate object” results in complete recalculation of the model for the whole historic data sets presented in the data base and available source files for the target model.
